將洋姜切成塊狀或者片狀,攤開后放到太陽下曬蔫。不要曬得太干,將表皮水份曬干后再曬至摸著軟軟的即可。

小米辣剁碎、姜蒜剁碎,將花椒、鹽、辣椒碎、姜蒜碎放到盆中攪拌均勻。也可以加入八角、山奈、桂皮、草果等其他香料。
